Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "You") and vip1 ("vip1," "the Platform," "We," "Us," "Our") governing your access to and use of the vip1 online gaming and sports betting platform, available at vip1.cam and any associated domains, mobile interfaces, or applications (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the vip1 Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the vip1 Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and vip1. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

vip1 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The version effective date is displayed at the top of this page.

To register and maintain a vip1 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Platform.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Single Account: You may hold only one (1) vip1 account. Creating multiple accounts by any person, household, IP address, device, or payment method constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, email address, and payment method details — must be accurate, current, and complete.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of vip1 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is undertaken at your own risk.

vip1 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at registration or at any subsequent time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframes stipulated by vip1 may result in account suspension or closure, and any funds held in the account may be held pending verification.

vip1 may decline any registration application at its absolute discretion without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your vip1 login credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account.

• You must not share your vip1 account credentials with any other person.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your vip1 account.
• You must immediately notify vip1 support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• vip1 strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via SMS or authenticator application.

vip1 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. All activity conducted through your vip1 account — whether authorized or not — is your responsibility until such time as vip1 is formally notified of a security breach and takes steps to secure the account.

vip1 accepts deposits from verified Pakistani payment methods. The following payment methods are currently supported, subject to change at vip1's discretion with reasonable notice:

All funds deposited to vip1 must originate from payment methods registered in your own name and matching your verified vip1 account identity. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. vip1 reserves the right to return deposits originating from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend accounts where such deposits are detected.

vip1 does not charge platform fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which vip1 accepts no responsibility. Deposit limits may be adjusted at vip1's discretion for regulatory, risk management, or promotional reasons.

Withdrawal requests at vip1 are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500 per transaction.
• KYC requirement: Full identity verification (CNIC or equivalent government-issued ID) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Same-method policy: Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for deposits. Where this is not possible, vip1 may request alternative verified account details.
• Bonus wagering: Any active bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Processing time: Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals within 15–60 minutes. Complex or larger withdrawals may require additional review, which vip1 will communicate proactively.

vip1 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal. vip1 may request supporting documentation at any point during the withdrawal process. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 calendar days may result in cancellation of the withdrawal request and return of funds to your vip1 account balance.

vip1 offers various promotional bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback rewards, and VIP programme benefits to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified vip1 accounts only, subject to KYC completion.
• A standard wagering requirement of 35x the bonus amount applies unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Free spin winnings are subject to a standard 25x wagering requirement unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion — typically 30 days from crediting.
• Maximum bet restrictions apply when playing with active bonus funds. Unless stated otherwise, the maximum permitted bet per spin or round while a bonus is active is Rs 500.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, device, IP address, and payment method.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• vip1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including in cases where fraudulent activity or abuse of promotional terms is suspected.

In the event of any dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering calculations, the records maintained by vip1's system shall be deemed definitive unless clear technical evidence demonstrates otherwise.

All games and betting markets available on the vip1 Platform are governed by the following principles:

• RNG Integrity: All slot games and RNG-based table games on vip1 use Random Number Generator technology that has been independently tested and certified by third-party auditing bodies. Results are statistically random and not subject to manipulation by vip1 or any third party.
• Live Games: Live casino games are conducted in real time by professional dealers. Results are determined by physical outcomes (cards dealt, wheel spins) and are independently verifiable through stream recordings.
• Sports Betting: Odds and markets are subject to change before events commence. In-play odds are updated continuously. vip1 reserves the right to void bets where clear pricing errors have occurred.
• Bet Settlement: All bets are settled in accordance with the specific rules for each market as published on the Platform. vip1's decision on settlement is final, subject only to the formal disputes process.
• Minimum/Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market as displayed at the time of placing each bet or initiating each game round.

vip1 may void, suspend, or alter any bet, wager, or game session where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) a technical malfunction affected the outcome; (b) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms; or (c) fraudulent activity is suspected. In such cases, vip1 will notify the affected player as promptly as reasonably practicable.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the vip1 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of bonus funds, and — where legally required — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one vip1 account, whether under the same or different identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in vip1's platform for financial gain.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Coordinating with other players ("chip dumping," "match fixing," or collusion in poker or live games).
• Abusing bonus systems through the opening of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering patterns, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms rather than engage in genuine gameplay.
• Attempting to access any other player's account without authorization.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening language, or abusive behaviour toward vip1 staff or other players via any communication channel.

vip1 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its entire Pakistani player community. The following provisions form part of our statutory and ethical obligations:

• Age Verification: vip1 maintains a strict 21+ policy. We employ age verification checks at registration and may request documentary evidence of age at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be closed immediately, and all funds — including any winnings — will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion from the vip1 Platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately upon confirmation. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register under a different identity during the exclusion period.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their vip1 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before becoming active.

All content on the vip1 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, data compilations, and the overall design and structure of the Platform — is the property of vip1 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vip1 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the Platform.
• Use any vip1 trademark, logo, or brand elements without prior written permission.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Unauthorised use of vip1 intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and/or constitute criminal offences under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vip1's total aggregate liability to you for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vip1 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vip1 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive loss or damage.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside vip1's reasonable control, including telecommunications network failures, ISP outages, or force majeure events.
• Your reliance on any third-party content, advertising, or links that may be present on the Platform.
• Any technical malfunction in your own device, browser, or internet connection.

vip1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms by the account holder.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframes requested by vip1.
• At the request of the account holder (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).
• Where continued operation of the account would violate applicable law or regulatory requirements.
• Detected use of prohibited software, bots, or multi-accounting.

Upon termination, any real-money balance in your vip1 account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds that do not meet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to any ongoing fraud or compliance investigations.

You may close your vip1 account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or disagreement with vip1, the following procedure must be followed:

1. Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact vip1 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Provide full details of your complaint including your account username, the date and nature of the issue, and any supporting evidence. vip1 aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of Step 1, submit a formal written complaint to vip1's complaints team. Formal complaints are reviewed by senior management and receive a final written decision within 14 calendar days.
3. Step 3 — Alternative Dispute Resolution: If Step 2 does not resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you may escalate the dispute to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body as specified by vip1's regulatory framework. Details of the applicable ADR body are available from vip1 support upon request.

By accepting these Terms, you agree that the above procedure must be exhausted before commencing any legal proceedings against vip1.

vip1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, vip1 will notify registered players via:

• A prominent notice on the vip1 Platform homepage and login page.
• An email notification to your registered account email address.
• An in-platform notification visible on next login.

Changes take effect 7 days after notification for material amendments unless urgent regulatory or legal circumstances require immediate effect, in which case changes may take immediate effect with notification provided simultaneously.

Your continued use of the vip1 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure before the effective date without penalty.
